1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 144A.073, is amended by adding a
1.7subdivision to read:
1.8 Subd. 13. Moratorium exception funding. Beginning fiscal year 2013 and each
1.9fiscal year thereafter, the commissioner of health may approve moratorium exception
1.10projects under this section for which the full annualized state share of medical assistance
1.11costs does not exceed $1,500,000.
1.12 Sec. 2. REPEALER.
1.13Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 144A.073, subdivision 9, is repealed.
