1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; COUNTY STATE-AID HIGHWAY POTHOLE
1.6REPAIRS.
1.7$10,005,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2014 from the general fund to the
1.8commissioner of transportation for grants to counties to immediately repair and maintain
1.9county state-aid highways damaged by the effects of the 2013-2014 winter season. The
1.10commissioner shall allocate funds under this section equally among the counties. This is
1.11a onetime appropriation.
1.12EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
