1.2relating to Kathio Township; authorizing the town to convey the Lakewood
1.3Cemetery to the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. KATHIO TOWNSHIP; CEMETERY CONVEYANCE.
1.6Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 306.02, upon an agreement between the
1.7Kathio Town Board and the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe Council, Kathio Township may
1.8convey the land and property of the Lakewood Cemetery to the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe.
1.9 Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.
1.10Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
