SENATE BILL No. 372

A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled
"Michigan liquor control code of 1998,"
by repealing section 1030 (MCL 436.2030).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Enacting section 1. Section 1030 of the Michigan liquor
control code of 1998, 1998 PA 58, MCL 436.2030, is repealed.
Enacting section 2. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days
after the date it is enacted into law.
