HOUSE BILL NO. 4195
A bill to amend 1846 RS 84, entitled
"Of divorce,"
(MCL 552.1 to 552.45) by adding section 6a.
the people of the state of michigan enact:
Sec. 6a. Beginning July 1, 2022, a complaint for divorce filed with the court shall not be made available to the public until the proof of service has been filed with the court or 92 days have expired from the date the complaint was filed, whichever occurs first.
