Amends secs. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 14, 30, 32, 34, 39, 48, 63, 94, 122, 130, 143, 151, 152, 161 & 163 of 2000 PA 403 (MCL 207.1002 et seq.) & repeals secs. 33, 35, 38, 41, 42, 45, 47 & 147 of 2000 PA 403 (MCL 207.1033 et seq.).
