Summary

Health; medical records; primary care physician to include in patient's medical record a copy of criminal record, if any, and government-issued photo identification; require, and prohibit provision of primary care services until obtained. Amends 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.1101 - 333.25211) by adding sec. 16279.
