Requiring the Department of Information Technology, in coordination with the Maryland Cybersecurity Council, to develop criteria for the certification of certain cybersecurity training programs for use by State and local government employees required to complete cybersecurity training each year, certify at least 20 programs, review and update certain certification standards at certain times, and maintain a list of all certified programs on its website; etc.
