Summary

Requiring the Secretary of State Police to annually publish, beginning October 1, 2024, in consultation with the Office of the Attorney General, a handbook summarizing the State laws relating to wearing, carrying, and transporting a handgun in public; requiring the Secretary to make copies of the handbook available to members of the public in print and electronic form; and requiring the Secretary to notify by e-mail each person who currently holds a handgun permit each time the Secretary publishes an updated version of the handbook.
