Summary

Requiring that recipients of benefits under the Maryland Medical Assistance Program who are at least 65 years old be afforded the option of remaining in specified managed care organizations or of receiving benefits under the Program for which payments are made on a fee-for-service basis; and providing for a delayed effective date.
