Summary

Altering the purpose and use of the State Lakes Protection and Restoration Fund; requiring the Governor, beginning in fiscal year 2020 and each fiscal year thereafter, to include in the annual budget bill an appropriation of $1,000,000 to the Fund; requiring the Department of Natural Resources to report to the Governor and the General Assembly by December 1, 2021, on the status of the Fund and any recommendations for the fund; and providing for the termination of the Act.
