Summary

Prohibiting a certain individual registered with the State sex offender registry from moving to and residing within 1,000 feet of a school, a child care facility, a park, a playground, a school bus stop, or a place where children regularly congregate; providing that the Act does not require a certain person to relocate in certain circumstances; and applying the Act prospectively.
