Summary

Prohibiting a certain individual registered with the State sex offender registry from residing within 1,000 feet of a school, child care facility, park, playground, designated school bus stop, or place where children regularly congregate; establishing that a person who violates the Act is subject to a penalty of 5 years imprisonment or a $5,000 fine or both; and applying the Act prospectively.
