Summary

Requiring the Department of Natural Resources to apply, on or before July 1, 2022, to the Department of the Environment and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for permits to dredge buried oyster shells on certain oyster bars; and requiring that any shell removed from the oyster bars be relocated to public oyster bottom identified by the county oyster committees and the Oyster Recovery Partnership's Board of Directors.
