Summary

Requiring certain service providers, on request of a law enforcement agency or a public safety answering point, to provide the location information for an electronic device in certain circumstances for a period of time up to 48 hours; prohibiting a person from being held civilly liable for making certain required disclosures; and requiring the Department of State Police to collect and disseminate certain information under certain circumstances.
