Summary
Increasing the maximum amount in controversy in civil proceedings in which the right to a trial by jury may be limited by legislation from $10,000 to $15,000; increasing from more than $10,000 to more than $15,000 the amount in controversy in civil cases in which the right to a jury trial shall be inviolably preserved; and submitting the constitutional amendment to the qualified voters of the State for their adoption or rejection.
