Summary

Requiring an insurer that requires the use of aftermarket parts for the repair of a motor vehicle covered under a policy of motor vehicle insurance issued or delivered by the insurer to provide to the insured an express written warranty that any aftermarket parts used for the repair of the motor vehicle are merchantable; requiring the warranty to include specified coverage and have a duration of one year after the repair of the motor vehicle is completed, or the length of ownership of the motor vehicle, whichever is longer; etc.
