Summary

Expanding the scope of the training requirements under the Open Meetings Act to include all employees, officials, and members of a public body; requiring that specified individuals complete specified training within a specified time period; requiring each new and returning member of the General Assembly to take specified training; and requiring the Office of the Attorney General to provide specified in-person training on or before the 10th day of the first regular session of each legislative term; etc.
