Summary

Requiring the State to discontinue specified prescription drug benefits for Medicare-eligible retirees beginning in fiscal year 2013; prohibiting the Chief Investment Officer for the State Retirement and Pension System from hiring or renewing a contract with specified external investment managers on or after July 1, 2011; requiring that, on or after July 1, 2011, specified individuals are required to join the optional retirement program as a condition of employment; etc.
