An Act clarifying chapter 445 of the Acts of 2008 .
Whereas, The deferred operation for this act would
tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to make needed to further
clarify the enacted law, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency
law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 2 of chapter 445 of the acts of 2008, is hereby amended by striking out the words, “subclause (r)” and inserting in place thereof the following words: “subclause (s) of clause 26”
