COMMERCIAL LAW -- GENERAL REGULATORY PROVISIONS -- MEDICAL DEBT REPORTING - Prohibits hospitals and other medical providers from reporting medical debt to consumer reporting agencies. A violation of this chapter may be pursued on behalf of the consumer by the attorney general.
