An Act regarding fisherman’s wharf in the town of Provincetown.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding the provisions of 310 C.M.R. 9.51 through 9.53 or any other regulation to the contrary, Cabral Enterprises, Inc., commonly known as Fisherman’s Wharf (Assessor Map 11-3, Parcel 3-019-A), located at 9 Ryder Street Extension in the town of Provincetown, shall be considered in compliance with applicable Chapter 91 standards with regard to existing water-dependent and non-water dependent structures, uses and vehicular parking and public access on and around said Wharf; provided, however, that a notice of intent is filed with the Provincetown Conservation Commission and a Chapter 91 License application is filed with the Department of Environmental Protection.
