An Act relative to the Massachusetts pesticide control act.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any rule, regulation or general law to the contrary, the definition of “standard written notification” in Chapter 132B, section 2, is hereby amended to allow notification to be made electronically in all matters concerning the Massachusetts Pesticide Control Act.
Further, any agency or control district shall also be authorized to use any materials that have been approved by the Massachusetts Pesticide Board and approved by the State Reclamation and Mosquito Control Board.
