An Act Relative To Veteran Costs in Framingham .



                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

            SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any provisions of Mass. Gen. Laws or of the Code of Massachusetts Regulations, the Town of Framingham Veterans’ Services Department is hereby authorized to received reimbursement in the amount not to exceed Thirty Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty Four Dollars from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Veterans Services for veterans benefits expended by the Town during fiscal years 2005.  The reimbursement amount equals Forty Six percent (46%) of the veterans benefits expended during said fiscal year. 

 

This Act shall take effect upon its passage.
