An Act management and operation of North Station parking garage.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, including but not limited to, sections 31, 31A and 31B of chapter 15 of the acts of 1998, the parking garage constructed in connection with the north station transportation center may be managed and operated by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, and said authority may contract for the management, operation or setting of fees, fee collection, security services, cleaning and maintenance for said parking garage so long as said authority determines that said contract is the most efficient method of managing and operating said parking garage.
