Amendment Title: An Act to eliminate health disparities in the commonwealth The committee on Ways and Means, to whom was referred the House Bill to eliminate racial and ethnic health disparities in the commonwealth (House, No. 3888); reports, recommending that the same ought to pass with an amendment striking out all after the enacting clause and inserting in place thereof the text of Senate document numbered 2295; and by striking out the title and inserting in place thereof the following title “An Act to eliminate health disparities in the Commonwealth”.
