Bill Title: Concurrent resolution urging the United States Congress to make a series of amendments to the Toxic Substances Control Act of 1976 to update the list of toxic chemicals based on scientific data, prohibit persistent bioaccumulative toxic chemicals and other priority toxics, preserve state authority when more restrictive, establish new safety standards for children and developing fetuses, and reward innovation for safer alternative to toxic chemicals widely in use; and require copies be sent to the Kentucky congressional delegation.
