Summary

Amend KRS 61.520 to authorize Mental Health Mental Retardation boards to cease participation in the Kentucky Employees Retirement System for employees hired on or after July 1, 2012, and to offer an alternative retirement plan in lieu thereof; amend KRS 61.525, 61.543, and 61.560 to conform; EMERGENCY.
