Summary
Amend KRS 163.460 to define "blind vendor," "public property," and "vending facility"; and to amend definition of "office"; create a new section of KRS Chapter 163 to set forth procedures to provide priority to blind vendors to operate vending facilities on public property; amend KRS 163.470 and 163.480 to conform.
