Summary
Amend KRS 186.578 and 186.579, regarding testing for and issuance of bioptic operator's license, to adjust procedures for daytime and nighttime driving tests; make operator's licenses issued under these sections valid for four or eight years, subject to an annual visual examination; set forth procedures for retesting after a failed vision examination; make technical corrections.
