Bill Title: Reserve and National Guard member benefits. Provides a tax credit against state tax liability each taxable year to an employer who employs a member of the National Guard or a reserve component of the armed forces of the United States (reserves) who is called to active duty. Excludes from the determination of financial eligibility for need based financial aid certain benefits received by veteran students. Allows members of the Indiana reserves to receive a scholarship from the National Guard tuition supplement program (program). Makes certain changes to the program. Provides funding for the program. Provides for state educational institution students
