Excludes from the determination of financial eligibility for need based financial aid certain benefits received by veteran students. Allows members of the Indiana reserves to receive a scholarship from the National Guard tuition supplement program (program). Makes certain changes to the program. Provides funding for the program. Provides for state educational institution students
