Bill Title: License plate display violations. Imposes an additional civil penalty of not more than $500 on a person that improperly displays a license plate on a vehicle. Distributes the civil penalty as follows: (1) If the violation occurs in a county in which a toll road or qualifying project that is served by an automated traffic law enforcement system is located, or in a contiguous county, to the Indiana finance authority or the operator for reduction of debt associated with the toll road or qualifying project.
