Bill Title: Microbreweries. Increases the number of barrels of beer that a small brewer may manufacture to not more than 90,000 (instead of not more than 30,000) barrels of beer in a calendar year for sale or distribution within Indiana. Makes conforming changes. Makes a technical correction.
