Bill Title: Translations of intercepted communications. Provides that if the contents of a recorded interception of an electronic communication include language of a person who is speaking in a language other than English, the superintendent of the state police department may employ or otherwise engage the services of a qualified person who is not a state police officer or otherwise employed by the state police department to act as a translator and provide an English translation of the contents of the recorded interception that are in a language other than English.
