Bill Title: Internet media. Prohibits a person doing business in Indiana as an Internet media service from entering into a contract with an individual who is less than 18 years of age. Provides for an individual who is damaged as a result of a violation to file a complaint with the attorney general. Specifies civil remedies for a violation.
