Bill Title: Township funding of conservation projects. Allows a township board to include in the township budget adequate funds to help support cooperative conservation projects that are designed to monitor and improve watersheds in the township. Requires a township trustee to pay out funds that have been budgeted and will be used for township conservation projects and cooperative conservation projects in which the township is involved.
