Bill Title: School policies on reporting child abuse or neglect. Provides that a school corporation, charter school, or accredited nonpublic school may not establish an internal policy or procedure that in any way restricts or delays a duty to report child abuse or neglect. Provides that an individual who knowingly establishes a policy or procedure that restricts or delays a duty to report child abuse or neglect commits a Class B misdemeanor.
