Bill Title: Compulsory sewer system connection. Provides that, for a municipality to require a property owner to discontinue use of the property owner's septic system and connect to a sewer system, the sanitary sewer must be located within 300 feet of the foundation of the building on the property owner's property from which the sewage is discharged. (Under current law, it is necessary only for the sanitary sewer to be located within 300 feet of the property line of the property.)
