Mechanic's liens. Amends the statute concerning mechanic's liens to provide that a statement and notice of intention to hold a lien filed after June 30, 2018, must include verifiable documentation of the performance of labor, or the furnishing of materials or machinery, on which the statement and notice of intention to hold a lien is based. Sets forth: (1) the information that the documentation must include; and (2) the forms that the documentation may take.
