Summary

Provides that the Indiana department of transportation (rather than the Indiana economic development corporation): (1) is responsible for approving tax credits for qualified logistics investments under the Hoosier business investment tax credit; and (2) is the entity that enters into agreements with taxpayers who wish to claim tax credits for qualified logistics investments under the Hoosier business investment tax credit.
