Summary

Requires the air pollution control board to adopt rules for a facility that generates public electric power: (1) to require, in the construction or operation permit review, the reporting and use of emissions of air contaminants from internal combustion engines used for on site and off site transportation that supports the facility; and (2) to require the construction or operation permit applicant for the facility to supply complete information when the application is filed.
