Summary

Operation of off-road vehicles. Exempts the following individuals from the requirement of wearing a helmet while operating or riding on an off-road vehicle if the off-road vehicle is equipped with a roll cage: (1) An individual at least eight years of age who operates or rides on the off-road vehicle while wearing a safety belt. (2) An individual less than eight years of age who rides on the off-road vehicle while restrained in a child restraint system in accordance with state law. Defines "roll cage".
