Summary

Labeling of food products. Provides that a food product is misbranded for purposes of the animal products law, and may not be sold or offered for sale, if: (1) the product is not derived from harvested livestock or poultry but the labeling of the product states or implies that the product is a meat product or poultry product; or (2) the product consists partially or entirely of tissue cultured in vitro from animal cells and the labeling of the product does not clearly state that the product contains tissue cultured in vitro from animal cells.
