Summary
School mental health funding. Allows grants from the Indiana safe schools fund, the Indiana secured school fund, and the school corporation and charter school safety advance program to be used to provide funding for school based: (1) mental health services; and (2) social emotional wellness services. Reconciles the versions of: (1) IC 10-21-1-2; and (2) IC 10-21-1-4; that were enacted by the 2019 general assembly.
