Summary

Pregnancy and childbirth discrimination. Prohibits an employer from discriminating against a pregnant employee. Requires an employer to provide reasonable employment accommodations for a pregnant employee. Requires the civil rights commission to investigate complaints and attempt to resolve complaints.
