Summary

Provides that a statute, ordinance, or regulation of the state or a political subdivision may not: (1) impose a contract, zoning, permitting, licensing, or other condition that requires an employer, multiemployer association, or employee to waive rights under the federal National Labor Relations Act; and (2) require an employer or multiemployer association to accept or otherwise agree to a provision that is a mandatory or nonmandatory subject of collective bargaining under federal labor law. Provides for injunctive relief.
