| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Paul F. Mateja of North Chicago, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on February 29, 2020; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Paul Mateja was born to Julius and Pauline Mateja; | ||||||
| 6 | he attended Holy Rosary Grade School and North Chicago High | ||||||
| 7 | School; he graduated from Devry Tech with a degree in applied | ||||||
| 8 | science; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Paul Mateja's favorite hobbies included | ||||||
| 10 | electronic projects and woodworking; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Paul Mateja was preceded in death by his parents; | ||||||
| 12 | and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Paul Mateja is survived by his sister, Michaelene, | ||||||
| 14 | and his many cousins; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 15 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL | ||||||
| 16 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
| ||||||
| 17 | Paul F. Mateja and extend our sincere
condolences to his | ||||||
| 18 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved
him; and be it | ||||||
