2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Ronald Lee Binning of Waukegan, who | ||||||
4 | passed away on April 24, 2014; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Ronald Binning was born November 13, 1936 in Fond | ||||||
6 | du Lac, Wisconsin; he moved to Waukegan at the age of 5; and
| ||||||
7 | WHEREAS, Ronald Binning worked as a printer for all his | ||||||
8 | life; he was retired from a family-owned business, Binning's | ||||||
9 | Bindery Services Inc. of Waukegan; and
| ||||||
10 | WHEREAS, Ronald Binning was a member of First Baptist | ||||||
11 | Church of Waukegan; he enjoyed playing cribbage and belonged to | ||||||
12 | the Cribbage Tavern League of Waukegan and North Chicago; he | ||||||
13 | also played at the Park Place Senior Center in Waukegan; and
| ||||||
14 | WHEREAS, Ronald Binning was preceded in death by a | ||||||
15 | daughter, Sandra Lee Binning; a son, Michael Roy Binning; a | ||||||
16 | brother, Paul Binning; and his parents, Roy and Eleanor | ||||||
17 | Binning; and
| ||||||
18 | WHEREAS, Ronald Binning is survived by his wife of 45 | ||||||
19 | years, Joyce; 3 children, Ronald Lee Binning, Jr., Christopher | ||||||
20 | Todd Binning, and Rhonda (Scott) Schaefer; 2 grandchildren, |

1 | Sondra Binning and Tyler Schaefer; a brother, Stanley (Helen) | ||||||
2 | Binning; and a sister-in-law, Helen Binning; therefore, be it

3 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | ||||||
4 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his | ||||||
5 | family and friends, mourn the passing of Ronald Lee Binning; | ||||||
6 | and be it further
