2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Wayne T. "Sonny" Huberty of McHenry, who | ||||||
4 | passed away on August 23, 2015; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Wayne Huberty was born in Chicago on August 28, | ||||||
6 | 1938 to Earl and Dorothy (nee Ackerman) Huberty; he married | ||||||
7 | Ethel Dawson on June 27, 1959 at St. Thomas Church in Arlington | ||||||
8 | Heights; he served in the United States Army from 1962 to 1964 | ||||||
9 | as a General Supply Specialist; and
| ||||||
10 | WHEREAS, Wayne Huberty was a 40-year employee of Ecko | ||||||
11 | Products in Wheeling, where he and his family lived for 30 | ||||||
12 | years; he and his wife moved to McHenry in 1995; and
| ||||||
13 | WHEREAS, Wayne Huberty enjoyed the outdoors and wildlife | ||||||
14 | and was an avid deer hunter; most of all, he treasured the time | ||||||
15 | he spent with his family; and
| ||||||
16 | WHEREAS, Wayne Huberty was preceded in death by his | ||||||
17 | parents, and his brother, Robert; and
| ||||||
18 | WHEREAS, Wayne Huberty is survived by his wife of 56 years, | ||||||
19 | Ethel; his 3 children, Tina (Donald) Murray, Kimberly (Daniel) | ||||||
20 | Moritz, and Jennifer (the late Jimmy) Weinberg; his 8 |

1 | grandchildren, Madison (Wesley), Colin, Kayleen, Emily, Wayne, | ||||||
2 | Lindsey, Alexandra, and Grace; and his sister, Deann (Larry) | ||||||

4 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
5 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
6 | Wayne T. "Sonny" Huberty, and extend our sincere condolences to | ||||||
7 | his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
8 | further
