| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Eileen F. Stevens of Woodstock, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on January 12, 2015; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Eileen Stevens was born on May 11, 1944 in | ||||||
| 6 | Greensburg, Pennsylvania; her parents were Charles and Rose | ||||||
| 7 | Fatur; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Eileen Stevens loved her grandchildren and | ||||||
| 9 | enjoyed life to its fullest; she was an avid bridge player, | ||||||
| 10 | golfer, tennis player, and world traveler; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Eileen Stevens was active as a Eucharistic | ||||||
| 12 | minister and lector at Holy Apostles Church; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Eileen Stevens was preceded in death by her | ||||||
| 14 | parents; and
| ||||||
| 15 | WHEREAS, Eileen Stevens is survived by her loving husband | ||||||
| 16 | of 45 years, Chuck Stevens; 2 sons, Mark (Jay'me) Stevens and | ||||||
| 17 | Craig (Lindsey) Stevens; 2 grandchildren, Peyton and Madelyn | ||||||
| 18 | Stevens; a brother, Richard (Sharon) Fatur; and many nieces, | ||||||
| 19 | nephews, and cousins; therefore, be it

| 1 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 2 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her | ||||||
| 3 | family and friends, mourn the passing of Eileen F. Stevens; and | ||||||
| 4 | be it further
| ||||||
| 5 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 6 | presented to the family of Eileen Stevens as an expression of | ||||||
| 7 | our sympathy.
